Program Manager for Residential Care Facility

We are hiring a program manager or /qualified intellectual disability personnel for our residential care facility with clients who are developmentally disabled.
Your main job but not limited to is to formulate goals for each individual related to their activities of daily living which is their Individual Program Plan or Individual Service Plan.
Monitor the behavior using charts and be able to create a care plan for each goal.
Must be able to train staff or the caregivers on how to apply and monitor the goals set forth for each individual.
We require that applicants will have at least one year experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disability and MUST have a bachelor's degree related to human services.
