Compensation CPM Pay: Depending on experience - $0.

55 Average weekly pay: $1,196 - $1,540 (depending on experience)
Avg miles per week - 2,300 to 2,800 miles Load and unload time hourly pay $20 Per Hour for every hour spent at shipper and receiver as long as you are on time.
Your time starts at your appointment times.
If no appointment time coordinate with ops.
If detained beyond 10 hours pay will end for that day.
Paid Detention – Time spent at shipper and receiver $20 per hour if on time for appointment.
Additional pay: Waiting time, 34-hr restart Break down pay
Bonuses: Annual Discretionary Bonus: Based on time of service and annual wages.
This bonus can run from $25.
00 for three months to $5,000.
00 during your 5th year.
Discretionary bonuses paid week before Thanksgiving.
Recruiting Bonus 1 cent for every mile recruit runs up to 6 months no limit on number of recruits.
