is part of a family owned and operated farming company that is one of the largest growers of almonds and pistachios in California.
We have been in the Central San Joaquin Valley for over 15 years.
We are seeking professional drivers who are expected to operate trucks/trailers in a safe and lawful manner to join our team.
*Job Description*
Full Time- 8-hour days / 40-hour weeks.
During harvest seasons workdays may be more than 8-hours per day and 40-hour weeks.
Ability to perform pre-trip & post trip inspections to Company Standards.
Maintain equipment in a clean / safe operating condition.
Responsible for providing logistical equipment movement support during harvest season (such as almond & pistachio harvest equipment) and farm equipment (such as tractors) throughout the year as needed.
Experience with Loading and unloading cargo or equipment preferred but not required.
Safely operate truck and secure loads correctly.
Local routes, majority within a 150-mile radius of home base.
*Qualifications*
Current California Class A Drivers License, Doubles Endorsement, current medical card, and acceptable DMV record
One Year Class A driving experience
Ability to operate a variety of trucks and trailers.
Able to work overtime, weekends when needed and adjust to changing schedules.
Must be able to communicate effectively
Pass Pre-employment background and drug screening
At least 21 years of age
Able to perform all essential functions of the job
