*Angel Transportation Services* is a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) company, located in Merced, CA.
We are looking for _*reliable*_, _*consistent*_, and _*professional*_ individuals to fill our driver position(s).
Prior working experience in transportation or the medical transportation field is not necessary but desired.
Hands on training will be provided if necessary and dependent upon the type of service (Wheelchair v.
Sedan Transportation).

*Responsibilities:*
* Transport patients to and from their residence(s) and facility(s).
* Consistently adhere to safety / health protocols.
* Effortlessly foster passenger-customer satisfaction.
* Communicate effectively with internal and external personnel.
*Requirements:*
* \*_MUST BE WILLING TO USE OWN VEHICLE_ (we pay an advance for gas prior to your route)
* Valid driver's license
* Clean DMV record
* Drug test and criminal background check (within 30-60 days)
* Ability to lift up to 50lbs
* Able to efficiently and safely drive for long periods of time
* Familiar with smartphones & GPS
_\*Currently, we do not have any open vehicles for use.
As mentioned, you must have your own vehicle and be willing to use it to transport passengers.
After a 3 month probationary period, we will reevaluate your circumstance and work on transitioning you to a company vehicle.
