We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant/office manager to join our team.
Legal experience is preferred but not required.
The successful candidate will be capable of creating and maintaining filing systems for internal records as well as providing support for the legal team by providing administrative and research services.
Billing and bookkeeping will be an important part of the job.
In addition to the primary responsibilities, the administrative assistant/office manager assists with day-to-day office work.
This is an excellent opportunity for a competent administrative assistant/officer manager interested in working in a law firm.
Responsibilities: * Assist in preparation of correspondence and legal documents.
* Answer the phone, direct calls to appropriate parties, and record messages.
* Keep an up-to-date calendar of meetings and appointments.
* Ensure that legal documents are organized, filed and stored in a manner that is accessible to other office staff.
* Manage legal billing system.
* Manage office bookkeeping using Quickbooks.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $22.
