We are recruiting a Residential Construction Project Manager that has a focus on custom residential homes! When you are hired you will be part of a team that works hard to not just build a home but create a lasting, positive experience for our clients throughout the building process.

*Job Responsibilities*
* Schedule, coordinate, and manage the daily construction activities for residential construction projects.
* Monitor production schedules and trade contractor schedules to ensure timely project completion.
* Manage multiple jobs, so time management is essential.
* Quality control- treat each home as if it is being built for you.
* Develop and maintain strong productive supplier and trade contractor relationships.
* Communicate and coordinate with internal office staff.
* Problem solve when challenges arise.
* Maintain strong communication with homeowners.
Relationships are critical – be kind, humble, and have an open mind.
* Communicate the company's quality and performance standards to each trade contractor and supplier.
* Conduct regular work inspections to ensure that those standards are being met.
* Maintain clean and safe job sites at all times.
*Skill Requirements*
* Proven experience in custom residential construction management
* Knowledge of building codes, construction procedures, and safety rules.
* Some experience with design
* Amazing communication skills with homeowners, staff, and contractors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $80,000.
